Delete your data

SocialBox360 stores messages and comments that people send to businesses using our inbox, so those businesses can reply.

If you messaged a business: remove SocialBox360 from Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites, and choose to delete your data. We remove your messages automatically and give you a confirmation code. You can also email admin@indiansilkhouseagencies.com with your profile link.

If you are a business using SocialBox360: disconnect your channels in Settings → Channels and email us to close your account. We delete your workspace data within 30 days.
